Spike Richards is unique in the many different aspects that he brings to Baseball Performance Specialist team.  He is certified as a Motor Preferences Technician, K Motion Biomechanics Certified, Blood Flow Restriction Training, and USAW Certified.  Spike worked with Dr Derrick Burgess of University Medical Center in developing the ACL return to play program where in 5 yrs never failed to return a player back to full competitive level of play.  As well as building and owning multiple sports performance facilities. 
   Spike in the last 15 yrs has been deeply involved in all aspects of player development.  Spike is currently consulting with the New Balance Future Star Program as the Program Hitting Developer. 
With his unique ability to see movement associated with all sports Spike is able to add the correct prescription of programming through drills added with weight training whether through loads or different levels of plyometrics.
Spike has trained NFL players, MLB players, countless college players of all sports, along with the #1 fighter U18 Karate player on the USA National Team. 
Spike was also ranked top 10 in the World for 5 yrs as a Masters Olympic Competitor as well as coaching multiple Mississippi State Champions, a dozen National Champions, and 2 World Qualifiers.
